Hi Pals! Welcome to the blog! Today I am sharing with you a bunch of my mini reviews from January. Sometimes I just don’t have a ton to say about the book, or it’s a SUPER popular book and I don’t want to spoil anything, so I am just going to start a little series this year of mini reviews too!
It’s Always Been You
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This one was cute, but goodness is it short, I would love a full length version of their romance for sure. Highly recommend this one if you want a little bit of spice and a super cute dual pov over multiple timelines in your quick read.
Onyx Storm
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No words. No spoilers. I’m dead. Actually dead.
My gravestone shall read “here lies Sam, never finished the series because Onyx storm killed them.”
Dammit Rebecca, I love you.
Variation
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

✨ Military / Ballerina
✨ Second Chance Romance
✨ Small Town Romance
✨ Fake Dating
✨ He Falls First
To be 100% honest, I haven’t ever read any of Rebecca’s books past the Fourth Wing series. However, this book has officially changed that. I adored this book. It’s romantic and tense and there are secrets and lies and it had me swooning HARD. I cannot wait to dive into more of Rebecca’s books.
The Wedding Date Disaster
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐.5

✨ Enemies to Lovers
✨ Fake Dating
✨ He Falls First
✨ Family Drama
✨ Love Triangle (with permission? kinda?)
This one was cute, there were a ton of HP references, which is super weird given it’s 2025, and I’m not really into the love triangle thing, but other than that it was a cute, enemies to lovers, workplace romance set at a wedding in another country. If the HP references were removed I would 100% buy a physical copy.
