This book yall! Okay first let’s get into who it’s about.

Evie is a slave being held captive by the vampiric Court of Night. She has seraphic blood and is a treasured for it. Natalya is the second-in-command of the Court of Chains in Chicago and is one of the rarest monsters, a greater Lust fiend, a succubus. She touches you, you feel every emotion in great powerful and painful waves.

After a less-than-diplomatic visit to the Court of Night, Natalya finds herself responsible for Evie, the sweet broken slave girl. The catch, Evie isn’t as susceptible to their magic and is tougher than they thought. But is that enough to keep her safe?

I ADORED this book. The spice is off the charts, the action is well written and brings you right into the fights, and the explanations of how things work really helped keep me on track without flipping back and forth between sections.
