I promise it is SO worth the few hours you will absolutely inhale this book. And Taylor Swift references. And “swimming with the fishes” is brought up. So, that went about as well as it could have. I do miss my other projects though.     I’m literally shoulder deep in my birthday sweater I’m literally shoulder deep in my birthday sweater adventure, but I had to share this Hexi cardigan in the making 🥰 I had some @lionbrandyarn Ice Cream yarn in my stash and I just grabbed a hook and off I went. This might end up a little more fitted than most, but I already have a ton of oversized cardigans so a more fit one wouldn’t be so bad. Also, I’m adding a ton of sweaters and cardigans to my shop soon. I’ve made so many samples and it’s overwhelming my closet so I’ll be working on that this weekend. Have you made a Hexi cardigan before? Like I said, I’m not following a pattern for this one, but do you have one you’d recommend? You know, just in case I eff this one up 😂.

    I just got accepted into @shalini.writes street te I just got accepted into @shalini.writes street team and the arc for This Blade of Ours, so it looks like Ikora and I are doing a re-read of This Monster of Mine real quick 🥰 This book was one of my favorites and if you’re into: a fantasy book with political intrigue, forbidden magic, and a romance that burns slow but fierce, This Monster of Mine needs to be next on your TBR. From page one, I was hooked. The writing pulls you in with sharp banter, layered magic systems, and characters who practically leap off the page. There’s betrayal, secrets, murder, and a deep, twisting plot that keeps you guessing. And the fact that this is her debut is WILD to me. Like this is giving “I’ve been writing magical world building chart topping romantasys for my entire life” energy and I cannot wait to read TBOO. I am so glad this was my FairyLoot book because I was going to end up purchasing a shelf trophy either way, and this one is ridiculously gorgeous. And the bonus chapter - kick me in the face and promise to do it again tomorrow would you? So. Freaking. Okay, there are still a few ends to weave in, but I know no one’s gonna say anything about it so I’m not worried 😘😉 Anyway, this blanket too 4 lbs of yarn. Exactly. So, it’s cozy.
