Hi pals! Welcome to the blog! Today is a special one for me, it’s the re-release of my Wanna Be Knit Beanie pattern! This one was one of the first patterns I ever designed, and it was created because I COULD. NOT. FIGURE. OUT. KNITTING. So, I crocheted one and made it look like knitting, at least in my opinion.
Scroll all the way to the bottom for the video tutorial!!
It’s funny, this wasn’t the pattern I was going to lead off with, but I decided to knit my partner a triangle shawl with some T&Q (thick and quick) I had bought for him last year, and I had enough left over for a matching beanie and he said “What about that one crochet knit one, you know, with the giant pom-poms?” and I knew it was time to bring this baby back out of retirement. (technically you could get it on my Ravelry, but that pattern was…. mush compared to my new template and format.)

So anyway, I think I’ve typed enough for SEO to be happy with me, let’s get into the Wanna Be Knit Beanie pattern!
